DRAM revenues up 17.5% in Q4 2006

The DRAM market enjoyed its best quarter in a decade, as revenue grew 17.5% to $10.8 bln in Q4 2006. Samsung led the way with a 29.1% share of the market, while Hynix recaptured the #2 position, Gartner says.
