Chinese telecom revenue down 6.7% in 2005

The combined revenue of the major telecom equipment vendors in China dropped 6.7% in 2005, to $16 bln. Nokia, the top vendor, almost doubled its lead, and Huawei Technologies edged Motorola out of second place, Gartner says.
